Device DC.A6.32.FF.82.F was disconnected
This occurs when the hotspot is trying to be added to a Helium wallet and is related to certain models of phone that have incompatible Bluetooth. Affected phones are primarily recent Samsung devices.
1) Log into your wallet on a different device/phone, preferably an iPhone.
2) Add your hotspot to your wallet on this different device
3) Once pairing is complete, remove the wallet from this different device and use the wallet on your primary phone as normal.
Note: Our team is currently working on a fix for this bug, and will likely be releasing an automatic update to all hotspots soon. — August 25th, 2021
