Any order placed with SyncroB.it may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time prior to the order being shipped. Once an order is on the way to a customer, the order can no longer be cancelled, and SyncroB.it's warranty and return policies shall apply.


Notes:

  • Partial refunds: You may partially cancel/refund parts of your order
  • Time: Our team always works to process customer requests as soon as possible, and you will get a notice of your order cancellation. Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card's policies
  • Crypto: Crypto refunds tend to take a bit longer for our team to process. Please reach out to support for crypto refunds

Cancelling your order:

Option 1 - Email Support

Ensure you email from the same email you placed your order with.


Please Include:

  • The order number (ex: #SB1234) that you would likely to have cancelled
  • Title your email: Order Cancellation

Option 2 - Self Refund

  1. Find the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. You would have received it from support@syncrob.it

  2. Click VIEW YOUR ORDER
  3. Click CANCEL
  4. Confirm your cancellation
